People who care for the Old Headington Conservation Area in Oxford
Enhancement Awards - Created in 1994
This award is made for work on buildings, walls, trees etc. which in the members' and residents' opinions, and ultimately the committee's opinion, has enhanced the conservation area. To qualify, any proposal must be for work completed since the previous Annual General Meeting. The committee welcomes proposals from residents and members, and is keen not to be the only nominator of work worthy of consideration. If, however, the committee considers that no single project proposed stands out it may decide not to make the award. This was the case when awards were not made for the years 1999 to 2002 inclusive, and 2007 to 2009.

- The Coach House, The Croft - Improvements to the wall by David & Bryony Rowe

- St. Andrew's House - For sympathetic and comprehensive restoration of the house. by John & Jessica Rawson
- 1 Stoke Place - Restoration to the original design of the front of the house by Steve Cowles & Jane Seggon
- 41 & 43 St. Andrew's Road - for the excellent and sympathetic work in rebuilding the wall outside their houses by Bill Clennell & Hugh Ferris
